How to Use

The recommended daily dose amounts to 2 tablets a day with your main meal, to be taken with a little water, fruit juice or milk. You can take up to 3 tablets a day. In that case we recommend that you take 2 tablets with your main meal and one other tablet with another meal.

Caution: Pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children under the age of 5 years, should not take Zerochol® because their food requirements are very specific.

Active Ingredients

One serving (2 tablets) contains 1.6 g of plant sterols.Plant sterols (soy oil (glycine max), sunflower (helianthus), pine tree oil (pinus sp.), maize and rapeseed oil), bulking agent (potato starch, microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, stearic acid), emulsifier (sodium carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), colour (calcium carbonate)
