Terms of Delivery Service
We use the national postal service An Post and DPD for deliveries. Orders will be dispatched, the next business day to the following destinations as follows (unless temporarily out of stock).

Should there be a delay with your order you will be notified immediately.
For example in the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will advise you by email or telephone of the expected delivery date. Due to circumstances beyond the control of Molloys Lifestyle Pharmacies and Health Stores some deliveries may take longer than expected due to strikes, incorrect address, an post operational failures etc. Please ensure you pay careful attention to the address box and contact phone number at the checkout stage as this will form your address label for shipping.
Click & Collect:
You can pay for your purchases online with Molloys Lifestyle Pharmacy and collect your order in store. Where our warehouse team will happily package your order ready for collection. Providing the store you are ordering from have the products you require in stock. There is no charge for the Click & Collect service.
Step 1. Place your order online and at the checkout select 'Collect in-store'
As part of the checkout process you will be offered the choice of home delivery or Click & Collect. Please select 'collect in-store' and choose a store of your choice.
Step 2. We will send your a email or call you when your order arrives in your chosen store to let you know that your order is ready to collect.
Orders places Monday-Thursday will be available to collect instore. (wait for an email)
Orders placed Friday-Sunday can take up to 48 - 72 hours as our warehosue is closed during the weekend.

Please be advised that we will hold your order for a maximum of 14 days, after which time your order will be returned to our warehouse.

All deliveries can be tracked (With the exception of free shipping items).
The tracking number can be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. All parcels delivered within the Republic of Ireland are insured up to €350 and elsewhere for €150.
Failed deliveries cannot be replaced until the item is returned by our courier service to Molloys Lifestyle Pharmacies and Health Stores. In the event of a failed delivery, the goods are returned to us promptly by the courier. Once we have received the goods we will contact you to verify your correct delivery address or cancel your order if required.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled.
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package and take a photograph (if possible). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Should any item be faulty please contact us as described below so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned.
If it is necessary to return items for any of the above reasons, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, and note your name, order number and item details before returning the parcel. Goods returned must be posted to: Molloys Lifestyle Pharmacies and Health Stores, Head Office, Bunree Industrial Estate, Ballina, Co. Mayo, Ireland.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these conditions.
Right of Refusal:
We reserve the right to refuse to post parcels to certain destinations for reasons of security, excessive postal rates or for legal reasons.
All items of a sensitive/embarrassing nature are shipped in discreet packaging.
In such cases we will not use branded labels. However we will display our company address. If you have any special requests re privacy – please email email@example.com with information or note it during the purchase process.
Medicinal Products - PSI (Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland) Internet Supply:
Molloys Lifestyle Pharmacy is registered with the PSI (Internet Supply List) for the online sale of non-prescription medicines.
Records of transactions are retained for a period of 2 years.
