Delivery & Collection

When you choose to shop online with us, we want to ensure your experience is tailored to you. You can shop from a wide range of products and brands and you have the option to have your items delivered directly to your doorstep or picked up instore with our click and collect service.

At Molloys Pharmacies and Health Stores we use the best carriers in the industry to make sure your order gets to you, on time, every time. From the secure checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing.

If you live outside the above locations and would like to purchase from Molloys please contact us at info@molloyspharmacy.com.  We will endeavour to accommodate your request. 

Note: All of the above refer to standard courier delivery Monday to Friday.

Additionally, deliveries to Republic of Ireland and the UK can be up to a maximum weight of 30kg, while deliveries to the Rest of Europe and Other International destinations can be a maximum weight of 15kg.

Terms of Delivery Service

Delivery times may vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

We use the national postal service An Post and DPD for deliveries. Orders received before 11.30am will be dispatched for next day delivery in accordance with our delivery lead times.

Should there be a delay with your order you will be notified immediately.  For example in the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will advise you by email or telephone of the expected delivery date.

Please ensure you pay careful attention to the address box and contact phone number at the checkout stage as this will form your address label for shipping.

Click & Collect

Can’t be at home to receive your delivery? That’s no problem with our Click & Collect service available from all Molloys Pharmacies and Health Stores.  You can pay for your purchases online and have them delivered to your local store.   

How it Works

When you have selected your items, add them to your shopping cart and then proceed to the checkout. You now have options regarding how to receive your items, please select I'll Collect My Order. A list of our stores will then be presented to you, please select the store you would like to collect the goods from, complete your purchase and we take care of the rest.  You will receive an email notification advising you when your order is ready for collection.

Collecting Your Items

Please bring your order confirmation email (on screen or printout) when collecting your goods instore.

You may be asked to present a valid photo I.D. when collecting your goods instore.

Please Note

Items will be held in store for a maximum of 14 days. After this time, your order may be cancelled and a refund processed. Items can only be collected within store opening hours.  Each of our stores had different opening hours which are listed on the store locations page.

Delivery / Collection Terms & Conditions

Non Delivery

Failed deliveries cannot be replaced until the item is returned by our courier service to Molloys Pharmacies and Health Stores. In the event of a failed delivery, the goods are returned to us promptly by the courier. Once we have received the goods we will contact you to verify your correct delivery address or cancel your order if required.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled.

Damaged Goods

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package and take a photograph (if possible). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Should any item be faulty please contact us as described below so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned.

If it is necessary to return items for any of the above reasons, please send us an e-mail to molloys@molloyspharmacy.com, and note your name, order number and item details before returning the parcel. Goods returned must be posted to:

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these conditions.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse to post parcels to certain destinations for reasons of security, excessive postal rates or for legal reasons.

Discreet Deliveries

All items of a sensitive/embarrassing nature are shipped in discreet packaging. In such cases we will not use branded labels. However we will display our company address. If you have any special requests re privacy – please email info@molloyspharmacy.com with information or note it during the purchase process.

Medicinal Products - PSI (Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland) Internet Supply

Molloys Pharmacy is registered with the PSI (Internet Supply List) for the online sale of non-prescription medicines.
