• Sterimar Cold Defence
• An all natural nasal spray made from purified sea water, enriched with copper.
• This easy to use nasal spray helps to cleanse the nasal passage and helps reduce the risk of ear, nose and throat disorders.
• Free from steroids, drugs or preservatives
  
• It is safe for use for ages 3 and up. 
• 50ml

How to Use

1. Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
2. Insert the nozzle into one nostril.
3. Press briefly without tilting your or your head backwards or sniffing.
4. Blow your nose.
5. Repeat in other nostril.

Clean the nozzle after application with soapy water, rinse and dry.

Use as often as required or as recommended by your doctor
