12 years and above: 2 x 5ml spoonfuls as required.

Do not have more than 5 servings in any 24 hour period.

Active Ingredients

Contains Molasses, Glucose, Water, Propolis Liquid 5:1 Extract, Inula helenium Tincture (Elecampane), Marrubium vulgare Tincture (Horehound), Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Glycorrhiza glabra Tincture (Liquorice), Menthol.
