How to Use

Take 20- 60 minutes after a workout for post workout recovery. As a meal replacement take 1-2 scoops in water or milk. Ideally, to make up the product it is recommended to use 200ml of water or milk. NurtiSci whey is micronized which means it can be mixed without a shaker, just mix the power in a glass with a fork! How much to take depends on what the customer is trying to achieve, but it is recommended to take between 2-4 scoops daily.
