• Any age can take NutriSci recovery, but it is recommended that the person be over the age of 16.

How to Use

Take 20- 60 minutes after a workout for post workout recovery. Ideally, to make up the product it is recommended to use 400ml of water or milk. How much to take depends on the amount of exercise that the customer is doing, but it is recommended to take between 1-3 scoops daily, with the guideline of one scoop for every hour of exercise.
