Take 20- 60 minutes after a workout for post workout recovery. Ideally, to make up the product it is recommended to use 400ml of water or milk. How much to take depends on the amount of exercise that the customer is doing, but it is recommended to take between 1-3 scoops daily, with the guideline of one scoop for every hour of exercise.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled.
