How to Use

As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) to three (3) Tablets, daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. To assure freshness and potency, store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and moisture.

Magnesium (as oxide), Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking Agents: (vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), Cellulose Gum, Glazing Agents: (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI), Colour:titanium dioxide.
