ONLINE DOCTOR SERVICE

Molloy’s Pharmacy Online Doctor Service offers you a safe, convenient method to obtain your medicines.

The Online Doctor Service costs from just €25 and can provide a 6 month repeat prescription in many cases.  Follow the simple four step process to receive your prescribed medication without delay.

  1. Select the treatment required
  2. Fill out the simple form
  3. A registered doctor will review your details and once approved; they will send a prescription to your chosen Molloy’s Pharmacy.
  4. You can then either collect your medication at your local Molloy’s Pharmacy or have it delivered directly to your home or workplace.

How does the online doctor service work?

  1. From the options above simply select the treatment required.
  2. Fill out the simple questionnaire.
  3. A registered doctor will review your questionnaire.
  4. Once approved, the doctor will then send your prescription to Molloys Pharmacy where it will be dispensed.
  5. You can then collect your prescription in-store from your selected Molloy's Pharmacy or you can have your prescription medication delivered to your chosen address. 

How long will it take for the doctor to review and issue a prescription?

  • An Irish registered Webdoctor.ie doctor will review your request and issue a prescription usually within twenty-four hours.

If the prescriptions is not issued, will I get a refund?

  • Webdoctor.ie will refund where you have applied for treatment via their repeat prescription service. 
  • If you have a video consultation and you are not approved for treatment, Webdoctor.ie will not refund you.

How will I know When my prescription is ready?

  • You will receive an email notification or you can check your Webdoctor.ie account, once a doctor has reviewed your application.
  • One of our Molloy’s pharmacists will also contact you by telephone to discuss the prescription and answer any questions you may have about how to use the prescribed medication.
  • At this time, our pharmacist will advise on the price of the medication, the time the prescription will be ready for collection or to arrange delivery to your chosen address. 

How do I pay for my medication?

  • One of our pharmacists will call you for a brief consultation on your prescription.
  • We can then take payment over the phone or if you prefer, we can send you a secure payment link by email.
  • For prescriptions being collected, you can pay instore.

Can I get a repeat prescription?

  • Webdoctor.ie offer repeat prescriptions.
  • You can apply for a repeat prescription by choosing the treatment you require from the options above and then fill in the simple form. 
  • Or alternatively you can book a Video Consultation through Webdoctor.ie. 
  • The cost for the prescription service is always €25 including single or repeat prescriptions.
  • The cost of the video consultations service can vary.

Can I get my prescription medication delivered?

  • We can deliver your prescription nationwide using DPD couriers. This service is fully trackable and delivers your prescription right to your doorstep, relieving any worries you may have about accessing your medication – be it prescription or over the counter.
  • To deliver any prescription medication, a valid prescription will be required in advance of delivery.
  • Prior to each delivery, our pharmacist will contact you to advise on the safest way to take your medication and to answer any questions you may have.
  • Like all deliveries at Molloys Pharmacy, we offer a free delivery service for all orders over €45. Orders less than €45 will have a €3.95 delivery fee.  We will endeavour to have your prescription delivered to you with 48 hours of receipt of the prescription.

Will my Doctor know if I use Webdoctor.ie?

  • You can request that your Webdoctor.ie sends notes from your consultation to your local GP should you wish.

Where are the Webdoctor.ie doctors based?

  • The doctors at Webdoctor.ie live and work in Ireland and are all registered in Ireland with the Irish Medical Council.
